Cooking with only the freshest seasonal ingredients, each of our Private Dining Menus offer a diverse selection of appetizers, entrees and desserts from which you'll surely find something for everyone. Our Executive Chef is pleased to accommodate all dietary requirements specific to your guests.
Our carefully crafted wine list features interesting wines from around the world and an authentic list of over 40 wines by the glass. REDS' Private Dining Wine List has been thoughtfully created to match varying budgets and taste profiles. Our in-house Sommelier would be delighted to help you choose the perfect wine pairings for your event, or add an interactive element to your evening with one of our tutored wine tasting packages.

Whether you are offering your guests custom wine pairings, a tasting centered around specific regions or varietals or an educational experience to enhance your knowledge and etiquette, our in-house Sommelier will provide an engaging experience through which you’ll become the expert. All packages include a sampling of three different wines of your choosing.
Non-Tutored Tastings
For parties looking for a simpler approach, our Sommelier is happy to provide scripted write-ups about each wine in your tasting package to be read before the first sip and kept for future reference.
Tasting Table
Designed to provide an interactive dining experience between guests and our Sommelier or Executive Chef, the Tasting Table is a unique alternative to a private space. Host a tasting event for 8-14 guests at this high top table that allows for exceptional food and wine presentation that is sure to be a memorable experience.With the chairs removed the high top table hosts up to 20 guests comfortably for drinks and appetizers. There is no minimum spend.
